All of our used vacuum tankers come directly from fleet users and most of the time they are trade in vehicles.  

Every used tanker that arrives at Milner Industrial is taken to an independent third party for tank testing and safety inspection. The tank tests that are carried out are conducted by fully certified technicians many of whom have been trained by and worked directly for the manufacturer of your vehicle for many years.  

Having passed its tank test all of our vehicles are then taken to a leading MOT test station for a full chassis safety inspection and MOT.

• Full NDT (non destructive testing) of barrel integrity and dished end integrity 
• Full vacuum pump inspection 
• PRV pressure relief valve test and inspection 
• Full jetting pump inspection 
• Full chassis shot blast 
• Full cab rub down 
• Cab repaint Chassis repaint 
• Tank repaint 
• Full "nut and bolt refurbishment" everything from dials and gauges to hose trays, jetting hose and saftey decals
• Full 12 months MOT 
• Full 12 months Tank Test (independent third party inspection)

YOUR WARRANTY - OUR PROMISE 

Milner Industrial fully warrant all work undertaken on your vehicle and will cover you in the event of equipment failure for 6 months from date of purchase. 

In the rare event of equipment failure Milner industrial will supply you with a replacement vehicle FOC (subject to availability) until such time as your vehicle is back on the road, giving you peace of mind that you can continue working without delays. Milner Industrial are the only UK dedicated used tanker dealer to offer you fully comprehensive (no quibble) 6 months warranty and full 24HR aftercare program.
